Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman - Service Center

First of all, I dropped off my car at 11:00 am and left with my kids and husband to East. They said they would contact me to pick up in about 2 hours and never contacted me. At about 3:30 I called 8 tones with my kids and husband to East. They said they would contact me to pick up in about 2 hours and never contacted me. At about 3:30 I called 8 tones to find out what was going on and never got anyone to pick up the phone. The lady up front had to find a manager to go find my car and see what was going on. Upon picking my car up about 4:00 pm they tried charging me $1000.00 forSomething I was told would cost me $100.00 . Very unsatisfying considering I have 3 young kids that are 2/6/8 and had to wait around Norman all day for nothing. We will not be coming back to the dodge dealership. More

Aaron, was great! However, the service this time from the mechanic team was faulty. Wiper fluid was out and it was communicated to me, i had to wait for wipers that is apart of my extended package. I was told that I couldn't use the 39.95 oil & 4 point coupon any more that I would be charged more due to Mopar's oil changes, that was never communicated to me before my oil change.
