The service manager Braxton was a very friendly and helpful guy. Prompt with updates - personable - and I would absolutely deal with him again. I took it to a different dealership - who diagnosed the issue in 10 minutes - replaced the relay - and for $75 I was back on the road. This was LESS than the diagnostic fee - and the check that I had to pay for that I received NOTHING on... all I was given was a copy of the bill. Shame on you... More

Brought my JEEP in for the third time in 3 months and was told nothing was wrong.
