When I called Landers to have my vehicle scheduled to be brought in the service woman started off very nice but when I asked her name she gave me a false name I didn’t realize that until I tried calling her brought in the service woman started off very nice but when I asked her name she gave me a false name I didn’t realize that until I tried calling her back and your operator told me there nobody by that works there I finally get a person service also didn’t know her. Needs to set expectations for when work will start. I had to escalate the issue because I just wasn't getting any answers as to what was going on with my truck. The mechanics didn't put the engine cover back to escalate the issue because I just wasn't getting any answers as to what was going on with my truck. The mechanics didn't put the engine cover back on, and they left it sitting on my back seat. Not happy that they put a dirty engine cover on my leather seats that were just cleaned. There was also trash left in my pickup bed. Ricky was good to work with. More
