Our experience from the time I called to make an appointment to service our Jeep, we were treated with upmost respect until the oil change was completed and we were walked to our Jeep by the the ser appointment to service our Jeep, we were treated with upmost respect until the oil change was completed and we were walked to our Jeep by the the service tech. He even opened my door for me! The job was completed in a timely manner, and he even shared with us the 3 oil change special which will save us $$. I was very pleased about the quality of service that I received. My wait time was shorter than expected and my service agent was great. Seating in the waiting area was spaced apart properly however I thought wearing a mask was a requirement. Most employees wore a mask for the most part. A customer waiting for his vehicle as I was came into the waiting area without one. It did make me feel uncomfortable and I went outside. More

Not that anyone cares, but I purchased my Truck at this dealer and also purchased the "tires for life" program. As part of that program I agreed to have all the service done at this dealership, which inclu dealer and also purchased the "tires for life" program. As part of that program I agreed to have all the service done at this dealership, which includes service the dealership demands even though it's not part of the normal maintenance schedule such as flush and fill on my transmission. I am convinced this service has shortened the life of my transmission. However as part of the tires for life program when the tires were worn out the dealer would replace the tires for free. Shortly after getting a new set of tires I got a screw in one of them. Now had I purchased tires I would have purchased the road hazzard warranty as it is always part of the tire purchase, but apparently Landers Dodge does not stand behind the hazzard warranty and charged me $211 for a tire, a tire that I actually paid for with thousands of dollars of un-needed service, a program that has been designed to cheat the consumer. I of course was livid and the service manager's response was that the tire wasn't worn out therefore I had to buy a "tire for life" what kind of logic is that? It's not tires if they wear out, it's for life, even though I am certain this dealer has shortened the life of my truck, I should have still been entitled to a replacement tire. I have made sure to share my story with over 3000 local people in social groups I belong to and plan on filing a BBB complaint. This dealership has damaged the hood on my truck, almost killed me because they didn't tighten the lug nuts on my tires and now has blackmailed me out of $211. I will never return and will make sure anyone that has a question will know not to go there. More
