Made an appointment a week in advance, showed up before scheduled time to drop my Jeep off for a tic sound in the motor. It took two days of my Jeep being at the dealership and it still had not been looked scheduled time to drop my Jeep off for a tic sound in the motor. It took two days of my Jeep being at the dealership and it still had not been looked at for diagnostics. I was told there where three people in front of me even though I had scheduled an appointment. I would rather go else where. More
