I went to Landers only because no one else had the Ram truck like I wanted. The sales person Jaylee was good to work with, but Randy the manager was a jerk. First of all he wanted me to put down a non-r truck like I wanted. The sales person Jaylee was good to work with, but Randy the manager was a jerk. First of all he wanted me to put down a non-refundable deposit just to hold the truck. Fortunately the finance guy just took my credit card info but agreed not to charge anything until I had a chance to stop in to see the truck. Randy is the type & reason people hate going to car dealers....he wasn’t interested in listening to my concerns about the truck and problem I had when considering to bring the truck back. He claimed they would buy it back for 9000 less than I paid after I tagged it. I never heard of such. I actually had to end up getting the tires rebalanced ( my cost) to fix the problem no thanks to your service or managers help. They refused to listen or offer help. I will never come back to your dealership for anything. More

I brought my jeep gladiator for service on a Saturday, was told there was a three hour wait because some of their people did not come in. I parked my truck for a week to go to Texas, had to take my wife' was told there was a three hour wait because some of their people did not come in. I parked my truck for a week to go to Texas, had to take my wife's car which was a inconvenience to her. Cam back the next weekend and made an appointment for service which was confirmed by the dealer. I get and was informed that their was two people ahead of me . What is the point of having an appointment when they can't keep them. I sat there for two hours just for an oil change. poor management . More
