Far too much to complain about here. I’ve been dealing with service for literally months. Each time I get it back after weeks of waiting I find more problems. After this last visit I discovered damage to with service for literally months. Each time I get it back after weeks of waiting I find more problems. After this last visit I discovered damage to the dash that occurred while in service. I’ve been waiting for months for a service manager to get back to me about paint damage in the door well after a previous visit. Now tonight I discover the hard way that after one of the past service visits my horn was disconnected and never reconnected. I tried to sound the horn tonight to alert someone backing up that o was behind them. Discovered I have no horn. And as you may have guessed, they backed into me. Someone needs to contact me as soon as possible and this needs to be taken care of. I have entrusted the care of my vehicle with this center and have consistently received the worst customer service I have ever encounter with any vehicle I’ve ever owned. More

they tired to make me pay for the wrong part. bad service, they told me a part had water damage when it did not. did everything in there power to make sure the warranty didn’t cover. I would like to commend Mitch. He was wonderful to work with. Very personable and helpful. We could not have asked for more from him. However, the Sales Manager Kurtis Becker is another story. We showe with. Very personable and helpful. We could not have asked for more from him. However, the Sales Manager Kurtis Becker is another story. We showed up for a 6:15 appointment. We chose to purchase the car and they knew that by 6:30. They promised to clean the car up and put gas in it. However, Kurtis left early and Mitch could not access facilities he needed to accomplish those needs. The car was not vacuumed, not washed, and not fueled. Apparently they sent the detail guys home early too. The next day my wife called Kurtis and he told her it was our fault for choosing to show up when they were closing. They closed at 8. As a sales manager, that is a terrible response. Kurtis was not willing to help with anything we requested and they were simple requests, especially since we paid full price for the car. Mitch was great, but Kurtis was terrible. All he did was talk the talk, nothing more. Overall it was a disappointing experience. I just hate that Mitch has to share a rating because he was great, he deserves 5 stars. But the overall experience because of Kurtis, I will only give 2 stars. More
Went above and beyond helping navigate through my extended warranty coverage. 1. Other Dodge dealerships said I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, pay for a diagnostic and leave my car for 3 extended warranty coverage. 1. Other Dodge dealerships said I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, pay for a diagnostic and leave my car for 3 days. Landers got me the next week and did not charge me for a diagnostic, it was apparent what was needed. 2. Extended warranty vendor said they would not cover when I called but Genifer at Landers talked to them and GOT IT COVERED! 3. Noticed my hand was bandaged from recent surgery when I dropped off vehicle. Volunteered to drop off my Durango at my house when fixed. I did not even ask they just took care of me. Why would you go anywhere else! They cant magically get you covered if your not entitled but will be in your corner and give you great customer service. Thank you Genifer :) More
