Work was done but sitting in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change is a little ridiculous. After so long, my wife went to ask about her vehicle and after digging through a stack of papers, ser hours for an oil change is a little ridiculous. I was late for my appointment and the service manager on November 5th let me know they were running behind. I was able to still get at a reasonable time.
