The low score is not meant to be directed towards the sales staff…Jason and Tony were awesome. My issue with Landers is with middle management…Randy specifically. I purchased a very expensive used tr sales staff…Jason and Tony were awesome. My issue with Landers is with middle management…Randy specifically. I purchased a very expensive used truck that after a few days of driving I decided I would prefer the exact same truck brand new vs the 2019 I bought. There were some issues with the used truck and the cost to fix the hail damage was misrepresented. I communicated my concerns with Jason who passed me off to Randy. Randy must have smelled blood in the water because instead of trying to accommodate me (I was willing to spend more money on a brand new truck) he took the opportunity to lowball me on a trade in for the same truck I bought a week ago (said it was magically worth about $5000 less) while at the same time was happy to charge me $5000 over MSRP for the new truck. You guys lost my business. More
