The sales staff are very friendly. I purchased a 2016 Yukon but there were some issues for me. It doesn't look like they did a very good inspection of the vehicle before they listed it. There was only Yukon but there were some issues for me. It doesn't look like they did a very good inspection of the vehicle before they listed it. There was only 1 key fob so I had to purchased another one.($380). The navigation system didn't work and they couldn't figure out the problem. I ended up taking it to a GMC dealer and had to replace the antenna ($600). There was a factory recall that wasn't done that I had to get repaired.... $1000 out of pocket within a week!!!!!!!!!! More

I was told that it would take 1 hour and it took 3 hours, then had to take it back in immediately because my main screen was blank. This is the second time I was told it would only take an hour but it was 3 then had to take it back in immediately because my main screen was blank. My settings have been changed now I am having to figure out how to reset them. I will request a loner for any work to be done on my vehicle from this point on! More
