The sale was quick and easy, but that’s because I did all my research for months before. After the sales is where I’m the downfall was. My sales person couldn’t even figure out how to get my car delivered to my research for months before. After the sales is where I’m the downfall was. My sales person couldn’t even figure out how to get my car delivered to my house so I had to figure it out myself. I also had to figure out how to get my car in for an appointment to get a remote start added to it without any help at all from the dealership or my sales person. They just said here’s the number schedule it. I bought a BRAND NEW 20222 Jeep latitude and am supposed to get rental cars. They didn’t have any rental cars to offer me for the time my car was to get the remote start added. My Jeep also had issues with the module connecting to Uconnect and the sos button. I took it into Landers services and was treated very poorly. I sat there for 3 hours with NO updates on my car at all. When I asked for one the man said he would come back in and speak to me about the status and NEVER did. I will not be going back for services or anything. I will be sticking to another dealership to do anything with my Jeep. More

Service reps were awesome the best part was the repair technician who understood I wanted my 2006 vehicle repaired not replaced. To accomplish that he had to fabricate two of the coolant hoses needed. And technician who understood I wanted my 2006 vehicle repaired not replaced.
