It was an okay experience. Since I booked it through the Jeep app, the first customer service rep couldn’t assist so I had to wait for someone else nor where they even tracking Since I booked it through the Jeep app, the first customer service rep couldn’t assist so I had to wait for someone else nor where they even tracking that I had an appointment. I was out of free rotations but the rep included that with my last Jeep Wave covered oil change which I greatly appreciated. It did take longer than estimated and Jeep in Norman could use a better service department but there’s not another option close so this location will be just fine. More
