I just bought my vehicle from Carvana and had a ton of repairs that needed to be done. I called landers about two weeks ago and they got me in that same day, and ordered the parts I needed, gave me all the informations I need and repaired it that next week. I had several other issues with the vehicle come up and so I called and asked what they could do and they did not hesitate to get the repairs done for me! Never taking my Jeep to anyone else, these guys are awesome! Braxton kept me updated at all times and made sure my warranty with Silver rock handled everything. Poor guy had to call them six times haha. Beyond grateful for this.

I'm very sorry for any issues that have occurred. We do care for each and everyone of our customers. The fee was from us buying this particular part from a parts distribution CENTER in which we don't normally stock. By doing that to make sure you were taken care of we are charged more then if we were to order straight from the manufacturer. In that instance the PDC charges is to return said parts. Your rotor situation of being turned. We do recommend replacement of a slotted rotor only due to the high performance of the vehicles these rotors are installed on. It is very possible to turn and safe for that matter just not something we recommend. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to me directly. Heres the thing... if i had know before hand there was a fee associated with a return i would have never ok'd the order... i would have checked to see if there was a warranty first which i already asked the tech before hand if there was one he told me no. He didnt say there was any cancellation fee. That should be disclosed before anything is ordered... thats is a fail or ur service person. 2nd he told me there was only 2 options to replace or resurface. Nothing else. No other suggestions. I felt pressured to make a decision. I have no one to ask, as my father passed away this year, if that is correct information so im trusting ur business to give me the best possible info. I feel like i was taken advantage of and given no information or incorrect info while ur business just took my money. My family has bought vehicles from this place since 2014 and i just find it sad that this has happened. Again my Hellcat only had 9500 miles on it... so if my rotors needed resurfacing something is defective. Generally rotors and brake pads last for at least 30000 miles. I found this out after doing research on it but instead u all let me swipe my card for a repair that shouldn't have happened. This car was bought in 2019 with 547 miles on it so that should show u how much it is driven. It is well taken care of so again it is in my opinion that this company just took advantage of me not knowing ahead of time.
