Sold car for $399 over agreed price. Said it would be filled with fuel. Salesman said he wasn’t allowed to fill it all the way up. So about $420 over what was agreed upon. Possibly the worst purchase I have had of all the vehicles I have purchased. Purchased the vehicle strictly off the salesman and managers word that the vehicle was in “great” shape. I requested the vehicle be detailed before delivery. Vehicle arrived, exterior was filthy (little expected with the light rain), interior was even more filthy! Never thought buying a 2020 rubicon for 52k I would have to spend the first 6hrs of having it cleaning it. To top that off I opened the back latch and noticed the spare tire was soft! It was completely flat with a 6in gash in the sidewall! Completely unacceptable! Called them got the run around for 2 days! Was told it’s on order and will ship to my house (but it’s on back order)! More

Landers was good to work with and listened to what I was looking for in a used car. After the sale a problem came up and they listened and agreed to paying for repairs out-of-state.
