After I dropped my car off the first time, the correct parts hadn’t even been ordered for my car. AFTER I called to check on it, they let me know. Later that day, I noticed a scratch on the door handle fr parts hadn’t even been ordered for my car. AFTER I called to check on it, they let me know. Later that day, I noticed a scratch on the door handle from when they put it back together. Once the correct parts were ordered, I brought it back to have both door handles fixed and the scratch they put on there. I was given no time frame. I called later that day to check on it and I was told it wouldn’t be ready for a couple more days. I was then offered a loaner with failing breaks. I dropped it off on Monday, after I spoke to my servicer on Wednesday, she promised me it would be ready on Friday. I still have the text message. Again after no follow up on Friday, I called on Saturday to check. She said she would try to call the servicer to find out but she was the only one there and was slammed with people needing oil changes. I called back several hours later and she said it was ready, just no one updated the ticket. Finally! So I went by the dealership to pick up my car and drop off the loaner, AND THEY LOST MY KEYS!!! At this point I was beyond mad. After waiting for 15 min, they finally brought my keys to me. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with the service department. More
