We had the best service at Edmond Hyundai. They did not have the color Santa Fe that we wanted and Sent for it a very fast manor. Our salesman was extremely friendly and did not really put any pressure on have the color Santa Fe that we wanted and Sent for it a very fast manor. Our salesman was extremely friendly and did not really put any pressure on us at all. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was freindly and asked us several time if we wanted drinks or food. I would definately refer my freinds to this dealership. We thank them for the wonderful service and the manor in which we were treated. More
My worst sales experience ever! I'm 45 years old and have made quite a few auto purchases over the years, and by far my experience with Norman Chrysler was my worst, hands down. I purchased a car at 8 have made quite a few auto purchases over the years, and by far my experience with Norman Chrysler was my worst, hands down. I purchased a car at 8:30 pm and by the next afternoon the check engine light was on. They refused to look at it without charging me a service visit. They claim they lost money on the deal and that I should have been happy to pay to repair the car which I had just purchased since I received such a great deal on the car. My cost was $14,700 for a 2008 Mazda with 60K miles, so I never felt that I received such a great deal, only a fair one, until I was stuck with immediate repair costs. I'm convinced that they knew of the repair problems and passed them on to me. When they say "Nobody cars", they really mean it! More

I can not rank this dealership "LOW ENOUGH". To make a Long story short, They make deals on vehicles they say they have located when in fact they they have not. They tell he customers their new vehicle wi Long story short, They make deals on vehicles they say they have located when in fact they they have not. They tell he customers their new vehicle will be delivered to the dealership by transport, when they are driven in (excess of 500 miles). They will not return call's. When asked why they commited to a vehicle they did not have secured, they avoided the question. They over charged us for the vehicle we received ( msrp was higher on the vehicle we agred to). all through the transaction we were told "TRUST US".***** DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A VIN # PRIOR TO SIGNING ANYTHING, GO OVER OPTIONS LINE BY LINE TO VERIFY ALL REQUESTED OPTIONS ARE ON THE VEHICLE YOU ARE TO RECEIVE,DEMAND COPIES OF EVERYTHING YOU SIGN, EVEN DOWN TO THE DESCRIPTION OF THE VEHICLE.IT'S SAD YOU ALMOST NEED A ATTORNEY TO GO WITH YOU TO BY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP RECORD ANY AND ALL CONVERSATION WITH ANYONE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, FROM THE TEST DRIVE TO THE DELIVERY.On our last meeting in order to protect ourself we have a audio recording of Mike Kirk(General Manger) admiting to not having the vehicle secured that we agred to buy. And more or less telling us what a great favor they have done for us, by finding us a vehicle. We have heard lie after lie after lie. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
I WAS LIED TO AND ROBBED! I am an 8 month pregnant woman I WAS LIED TO AND ROBBED! I am an 8 month pregnant woman and I was sold a lemon vehicle from Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge and they refuse to repair or I WAS LIED TO AND ROBBED! I am an 8 month pregnant woman and I was sold a lemon vehicle from Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge and they refuse to repair or refund. The first problem I had with the vehicle happened within two days of purchasing the vehicle, and it was leaking gas from the gas line onto the engine. They tried to charge me for the repair, but I reminded them of the lemon laws. After owning the vehicle for less that one month, the service engine light came on, so I took it in and they told me it needs a new engine. Now they have had it over a week and they refuse to tell me what is going on with my vehicle. I am about to have a baby, and I am afraid I will be without a vehicle because of their negligence. I was told the manager is Brian Prichard, but I have yet to hear back from him. I have contacted the news channels as well as the better business bureau. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS DEALERHIP! This is the worst car buying experince I have ever had. More
At first I thought I had found a great dealer with great service, but it didn't take me long to realize that that all ends once they sell you a car. To start with, I had looked on auto trader and found what service, but it didn't take me long to realize that that all ends once they sell you a car. To start with, I had looked on auto trader and found what I thought was the car that I wanted at the right price, a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am with 38,000 miles. I drove 188 miles one way to visit this dealer late on a Saturday evening. We agreed on a deal which included a repair to the car before I picked it up in a couple of days. My wife drove 188 miles to take the loaner back and pickup my car. She made it 9 miles before it had the problem that was supposedly fixed. They took it back to repair and told us they would deliver it when it was ready which happened to be 11 days after the initial agreement of purchase. I enjoyed driving the car a week before the air conditioner started having problems. I called to see if the problem could be fixed and was told by Jeremy that he would check into it and get back with me. 5 days and several phone calls later I got back in touch with Jeremy who had not returned any of my calls, all the meanwhile I was commuting 130 miles per day with no A/C in 98-103 degree heat. Finally, the compressor locked up and left me stranded, luckily close to home. This was the evening I finally got to talk to Jeremy. I was transferred from him, to finance, and finally a manager who all told me the same thing "I know it’s not what you want to hear, but there's nothing we can do." I have been sick. I bought a car and spent what I could afford to buy it to depend on for my commute each day 130 miles. Now I am stuck with a low mileage car that doesn't run and that needs major repairs for which I will probably have to take out another loan to fix. All this before I have even made a payment. I guess the 117-point inspection that they bragged about was only good for 7 days and now I am stuck with a lemon. I have learned my lesson. Never buy far from home and never trust Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge when it comes to used cars. More
