Eric, the salesman, was extremely helpful in assisting me in my search for the perfect car. He wasn't pushy as so many salesmen are and was understanding as to the amount I wished to pay. My wife and I drove 120 miles to purchase a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Marty and Mary Peterson treated us royally and would Grand Caravan from Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Marty and Mary Peterson treated us royally and wouldn't stop until they provided us exactly the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. Their willingness to accommodate us is why we chose to buy from them instead of in our hometown. You have two very satisfied customers in western Oklahoma. Landry and Erin Brewer Elk City, OK More

Erick and his team did a wonderful job, will definitely refer others....One thing I wish could happen more is the best price first. I understand that the vehicle is worth what I value it at but they start refer others....One thing I wish could happen more is the best price first. I understand that the vehicle is worth what I value it at but they started at $100 higher p/month than what I stated we wanted, and when I said no thank you, they said what if I can make it happen, will you say yes tonight? Why didn't they make it happen first. Just a thought...overall, good buying experience. More
I live in a different state & found the 2010 Dodge Challenger by completing a search online. Bo was nice when dealing with him prior to the purchase of the car but has failed to follow up with questio Challenger by completing a search online. Bo was nice when dealing with him prior to the purchase of the car but has failed to follow up with questions/inquiries about products after the purchase. He called 2 weeks after the purchase of the car to ask how things were going. I told him it was perfect timing because I was planning on calling him in the next couple of days to inquire about a front license plate bracket since the state I live in requires front and back plates. Bo told me he would look into it and get back with me. A week went by and I never heard from him so I emailed him. Yet again he told me he would look into it and get back to me -- never heard back from him again after waiting nearly another week. So I called him again to ask about purchasing a bracket, he told me he was busy at the moment but would get back to me. Well, here it has been almost another week and I have yet to hear back from him. Now I have tagged my car and have the front license plate in the window awaiting the front bracket I ended up ordering online from ebay. My suggestion for anyone dealing with Bo at Norman Dodge is to make sure you get anything and everything you need prior to walking out the doors because you will never get any follow up care from him after you leave the property. Originally I would have referred someone to the dealership but now I would not refer anyone to this dealership because of the lack of customer service. The sale goes beyond the purchase of the car. Blowing off customers is not a way to maintain customers! More

I went to Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge to look at something economical and still roomy. I had originally intended on looking at used cars because I did not want to spend too much being on a fixed inc something economical and still roomy. I had originally intended on looking at used cars because I did not want to spend too much being on a fixed income. I had a 2009 Dodge RAM 1500 with only 23,000 miles on it, but it was too big and and I drive 50 miles per day. I had seen a 2007 Honda Civic that I liked on their website. I called about it and Brian asked me to come in to see if I liked how it drove and so he could look at my truck and see what he could do. When I showed up at the dealership, the receptionist was kind and paged Brian for me while another salesperson offered me a beverage. Brian met me, showed me the Honda but then asked if I had considered something NEW. He said there were great incentives on remaining 2010s going into the end of the year. Although I liked the Civic, I let him walk me over and show me a Dodge Caliber. We took a drive, and when we got back he asked if the numbers were acceptable if that was a car I would rather own than a 3 year old Civic. I told him if he could get me a BRAND NEW Caliber for $330 a month or better, I would do it. My truck was appraised while we were on the test drive, and the numbers were put together in a timely manner. When he came back, he said we were really close. I was about $4000 negative in my truck, which kind of upset me at first, but then I realized I had driven it 23,000 in just over a year and it's value I guess reflected that. So it was explained that I had to carry over that $4000, take off the incentive (which was I think $2500) and now only go $1500 on top of what they were asking ($22,165). At this point I got to talk to a manager they called Diamond Dave. He explained that with my negative and the price with incentives, I could own the Caliber for $385 per month. I told him that it was to be $330 or I couldn't do it. He asked me for help, he said with money down it could be done. Given the holidays are approaching I didn't want to put money down, but I really needed to solve my car crisis. SO, after a few back and forths, I put $3000 down to get to my numbers. Needless to say, we made a deal and instead of a 2007, I have a BRAND NEW CAR!!! It was not what I planned on, but it's exactly what I needed. I've driven it for a few weeks now and average 28 MPG on the Highway. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by and see this dealership. They were very nice, not pushy, plenty informative, and really worked with me to get the vehicle I needed. Thank You Brian, Dave, and the rest of the Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Staff for your hospitality!!! More
Will do anything to sell a car, including lying to customers, bullying customers, why they feel it necessary to behave in this manner to sell a vehicle is beyond my comprehension.
