Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman

My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200S from Norman Chrylser. The car was not ready for delivery when we went to pick it up. It had paint damage, and the window tinting that was agreed up from Norman Chrylser. The car was not ready for delivery when we went to pick it up. It had paint damage, and the window tinting that was agreed upon was not done. It was dirty, and had no gas. It was like buying a used vehicle. When asked to make it right, the staff made it seem like we were just too picky. They even said that it looked that way because it was black, and black "shows everything". It took about 2 weeks to even get it acceptable. After having it about 2 months, it starting making a loud static sound from the speakers, even with the radio off. We have had it in for service on 3 seperate occasions for this issue, and it is now in for the fourth time as I write this. The service dept has stopped just short of calling us liars, since they cannot always duplicate the problem. Notice I said always, since several of their technicians have heard it, yet they still seem to believe it doesn't exist. Even though their service dept policy says they provide a loaner when a car is serviced, often none are available. I would not recommend this dealership for sales or service. More

Erick and his team did a wonderful job, will definitely refer others....One thing I wish could happen more is the best price first. I understand that the vehicle is worth what I value it at but they start refer others....One thing I wish could happen more is the best price first.
