This was quite possibly the worst experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle. Initially, things were great. Staff was very friendly and met my needs promptly. Of course the salesman bent over backwar when purchasing a vehicle. Initially, things were great. Staff was very friendly and met my needs promptly. Of course the salesman bent over backwards showing me the vehicle because of his commission on the line. I decided to purchase the vehicle because the price was great, mileage was decent, and it was overall was beautiful. We started talking numbers, and like many vehicle purchasers, I asked for TTL to be factored into my loan. No problem. We got to finance, and there was no issue there. I told them I would like factory Cadillac wheels put on the vehicle because I did not like the after market wheels. We finally settled, and they agreed to do so. No problem there. After paperwork was signed, I drove off the lot in a vehicle with an empty tank of gas. Slightly irritating considering I just spent close to 50k. I was told they would call me to set up an appointment in the morning to switch wheels. The next morning, they have decided they do not want to switch tires and wheels with another Cadillac on the lot. I'm told they are ordering tires and wheels from the factory or elsewhere. A couple days go by, and I had still heard nothing. I kept contacting my salesman to get answers, and he didn't seem to have many. Finally, he told me that they are just going to do what they originally decided upon (switching the wheels and tires from a Cadillac on the lot.) I started to get pretty frustrated at this point, but I remained calm. I go in to get this done, and they do it promptly. I drive all the way back to mid-Oklahoma city when the check tire pressure light came on. I contacted my salesman, and he urged me to come back to dealership so they could take a look. I arrived back in Norman, and they began looking at my vehicle. Apparently they didn't have the tool to configure the new wheels and tire pressure on the vehicle. I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE FORMER MARC HEITZ (NOW DAVID STANLEY) FOR THEM TO FIX IT. They fixed it immediately, and sent me on my way. A week or two week by, and my title arrived in the mail, but there was no check for the tag. I contacted my salesman once again, and he referred me to the finance manager. I told him that it had been agreed upon, and he could look back in paperwork to see where I had asked for it to be factored into the loan. He said he sees where it was noted, but it wasn't communicated to finance. Long story short, they dropped the ball and aren't going to do anything to fix it. Even though I said that was part of the deal, they didn't follow through. I have never been so unimpressed and angered with a car buying experience. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership again, and I've made sure to tell my friends, family, peers, and co-workers (and anyone else that I come in contact with) the same. If could bring this vehicle back today I would. More
