I walked in and the salesman was very friendly, not overwhelming at all, like you can experience at other dealerships. We drove a couple of trucks and then found the one that I wanted. Once I discovered which one I liked we talked price for a bit and we all decided on a fair price for the vehicle. Once I went to finance the process was quick and painless, no hassles and no gimmicks. My original salesperson greeted me after finance and he installed the tag on the truck for me. The day I bought my RAM it was raining and a Saturday, they told me to make sure I came back next week so that they could get detailed for me. I went in the following Tuesday and was promptly greeted by my salesman and he gave me a bottle of water while I waited and they detailed my truck. The experience at Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge was very different from what I have experienced at other dealerships, and in a good way. You guys keep up the good work and I will keep buying and recommending people to buy cars from you all. I have had two other friends buy vehicles off of my recommendation of this dealership. More

Paid more than what was agreed with the salesman. Very disappointed with the customer service and care provided by the Finance Manager. Left a few messages that were never returned. Wished I would have talked to others in the community before I purchased my vehicle. Sad to hear he also sells real estate too. Why can't dealerships be held to standards just like credit unions? More
