Eric Brock has now sold my wife and I three automobiles and all three times we were treated with respect. Eric cares about the customer from start to finish. From the initial call when I was inquiring about a new 2013 Dodge Avenger I saw in their online inventory... to when I drove away later that afternoon... truly ecstatic that I was actually driving toward 2013 Dodge Avenger I saw in their online inventory... to when I drove away later that afternoon... truly ecstatic that I was actually driving toward home in my dream car... I have been a very happy and satisfied Norman GJD customer... Hank and the team at Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge completely met or exceeded all of my expectations in so many ways!! Norman is a good distance from my home in OKC but they made the drive worth my while in terms of both customer service... and in going the extra mile to get me into the car I really wanted. I am particularly happy with the sweet deal they worked out that made the Avenger so very affordable for me... 5.49% financing... an included upgrade to the platinum 7yr/70k mile warranty... a full year of included oil changes... a year of Sirius Satellite radio... a full tank of gas... and last, but certainly not least, Hank took the time to make sure I was comfortable with all the driving controls and then setup my cellphone on the Bluetooth system and made sure I knew how to operate it before I drove away. I hope you accept my rating of 5 stars in all categories... because I wish I could give everyone there 20 stars!! More
