Great place to buy a car from! I'd been talking to Russell Jackson for a few months about a new car. He told me he'd do his best to meet or beat anyone else's price and get me in the car that I want. This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle. I had purchased a 2006 Nissan Murano in the fall of 2012. With in 2 months it broke down. Then again every 3 months. After being stranded for the 4th time purchased a 2006 Nissan Murano in the fall of 2012. With in 2 months it broke down. Then again every 3 months. After being stranded for the 4th time I decided it was enough. I found a 2013 Durango online and there was enough rebate to help w/my negative equity. I LOVE it! Dustin did a fantastic job explaining all of the bells and whistles. I don't ever want to buy used again! Dodge has done a great job w/the newer body style on the Durango. The first 2 models were not catchy. But this thing is flashy. I love it! Thanks to NCJD! More

This was my very first "New" car buying experience, and I can be honest, I was scared to death that I was going to drive off with what my Grandfather use to refer to as "A $700 orange". I could not have been more pleased with NCJD and Eric's customer service! I went in knowing what I could afford, and Eric and the finance team worked with me (not against me) to get the price and monthly payment I needed. I didn't feel any pressure at all to over spend, or end up with too much car than what I really wanted. The follow up from Eric has exceeded my expectations! He really has made me feel like I was more than just another commission, and that he truly wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with the service and the vehicle I purchased. More
