As a first time buyer, going to a dealership was really scary. Fortunately for me, Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was the first one I went to and I walked out a happy lady! Zach was very friendly and patie scary. Fortunately for me, Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was the first one I went to and I walked out a happy lady! Zach was very friendly and patient with me, despite the heat and my insanity/vulgarity. He wasn't afraid of my test driving (amazing), and he really listened to what kind of car/price I was looking for and helped me find a negotiable match. While he first put me behind the wheel of a car that was a bit out of my price range, he convinced me that it would be worth it... and he was right! He worked very hard to make me a happy customer, and honestly, he was just loads of fun. Later, meeting with Noee was wonderful, too. He was incredibly friendly and worked very hard to help me get the price/deal I could afford. He was all smiles, and thus, so was I. (I really think he should give True Blood a second chance, though...)Eventually, the sales manager, Derek came with the final (and perfect) offer. Many thanks to him for his kindness, professionalism and of course, the affordable price on my car. Nathan Wooten was wonderful at helping me choose the best way to protect and preserve my car in the future. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and I must say, quite convincing. These four absolutely provided me with a great experience, the exact kind of car I was looking for, great coverage and a good price. Dream team? I'd say so. It should also be mentioned that besides the afore mentioned fab-four, everyone in the shop was incredibly friendly. They were all smiles, continually offered drinks to beat the heat, gave friendly greetings, cracked jokes, you name it. Everyone just had a fantastic attitude and made the whole first-time-buying-a-new-car experience actually (dare I say it?) FUN. Thanks, fellas! More
