My salesman totally listened to everything I said including payment amount that I would not exceed. He did not push or try to hard sell me on anything. My car had been deemed a total loss by my insurance co. so I had to find a car fast and I did not have any money down and needed help with TTandL. I went to several dealerships and had no luck. I even spent 5 hours at one, just to find out that they could not get me to where I needed my payment to be. They were aweful (Reynolds Ford/Mazda). When I drove by Norman Chrysler I was sure that there would be nothing that I could afford that I liked, but I decided to stop and take a look anyway. When I pulled in, Matt was standing there and even my 7 year old daughters were like, "Mom, heres another salesman, oh geeze". We had met our share of cheeseballs. Anyway I told Matt my situation and what I wanted, and where my payment should be. He immediately took me and showed me some beautiful vehicles and I fell in love with a Jeep Compass, and he said if you like it, lets do this. He assured me that we will work it out. I was leary but he was nice and not pushy and very inergetic. We went over payment stuff and instead of highballing it and trying to convince me it would be ok if I went higher, he stuck to what I needed. It was no time before he was back with the payement that I wanted and said finance would come and get me. I was done and out of there in an hour and a half. It was the best car buying experience ever! They were awesome! Matt was wonderful, compassionate, and did not waste a minute of my time. He knew I was so irratated after searching for so long. I'm so happy with my new Compass! I will definately be back! More
