We sent in an internet inquiry late at night on Monday after finding out my SUV was totaled from a recent deer "incident". The next morning as we were taking our kids to school, Russell sent us an email after finding out my SUV was totaled from a recent deer "incident". The next morning as we were taking our kids to school, Russell sent us an email and then called us to find out what kind of vehicle we were interested in and how he could make this a great buying experience for us. My husband went in (by himself) to purchase the replacement vehicle. Russell met him at the door and walked him through all of the options we had in replacing my car. My husband didn't want to buy my car by himself because I am so picky. They talked about used versus new and ultimately decided a 2012 Charger was the best fit for us (we have a 16 year old running back so small was totally out of the picture). Russell put my husband at ease and worked with him to get the best deal possible and after they finished with finance, told my husband to bring me in that night to go over all the bells and whistles on my new car so I would know exactly how things worked. My whole family went back that evening to take delivery of our vehicle and Russell met us as soon as we stepped out of our rental to go over everything and answer any questions. Bruce Brown in finance is an absolute genius with finance and called us back the next day to let us know he had found a better deal that saved us over $100 a month on our new car. We started out this process totally skeptical about buying a new vehicle and paying payments after we had just recently payed off our totaled SUV. Russell Jackson and Bruce Brown made it a pleasure to get a new car without any games or gimmicks. It is going to be easy to send in that monthly payment that is so much lower then we ever thought possible for exactly the vehicle that I wanted. Normally hate buying cars from a dealership. This experience was totally different. I was very particular about what I wanted and they worked until I was happy.
