But when we entered the showroom, we were pleasantly greeted by a young man Nolan, when we asked if Marty or Mary Peterson was available he said "oh my mom", so we were so happy to know that we could still get the incredible service Mary has provided for us all the years, no disrespect, but it is so hard to find a salesperson these days that actually cares! So we can confidently say we will continue to do business in Norman, since this is where we have lived for over 30 years! Keep up the good work Mary, and Nolan was so pleasant we know now we have a Peterson to take care of us in the future, God Bless and take care! More

Disappointed I contacted David Stanley Norman regarding a used low mileage Saturn. Aaron Church responded back to me via e-mail. I live in Arkansas, so I have to c I contacted David Stanley Norman regarding a used low mileage Saturn. Aaron Church responded back to me via e-mail. I live in Arkansas, so I have to correspond via the internet. I was upfront with him and told him that I am in the middle of a bankruptcy but still have decent credit and a good salary and stable work history .I am a professional businessman and I opted for Chapter 13 bankruptcy so that I could ethically pay back my creditors. Aaron encouraged me to apply for credit. In the meantime, I kept asking about the Saturn but Aaron never told me if it was still available. I have the feeling the Saturn was a "lead in" and never existed (or at one time maybe it did). It took several more days for him to get back to me but he never answered my questions about the Saturn. He then sent me a email and told me I was approved for credit. The next day he sent me an email saying that a man with the same name as myself, called him and told him that he did not apply for a loan with David Stanley! I emailed and asked him if identity theft was taking place or something. I was about ready to call my Lifelock account! Aaron emailed later and told me that he confused me with another person named Brian! Today I received an email from him that said I could not get a loan in Oklahoma because I am out of State! I really do not think that they want my business. I am trying to rebuild my credit and in the meantime I have been approved at dealerships in Iowa, Texas and Arkansas. In the Fall of 2015 after my bankruptcy, I am going to buy a brand new car, but not from David Stanley. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise. Stay away from this dealership!!!!! More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. I fell in love with a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo E. Black. Dark interior. Had to have it. Do anything for it. Loved it I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. I fell in love with a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo E. Black. Dark interior. Had to have it. Do anything for it. Loved it. I had to speak to my family about this vehicle and told the salesperson that I wanted to come back and review the Grand Cherokee options to make sure that this was the vehicle for me. I was told to come back anytime and he would be happy to show me. A week later, I go back to the dealership to deal specifically with said sales person, only to be pawned off on someone else. The other sales person took me on the grand tour, drove the Jeep of my dreams with me while my car was being appraised, and sat down with me afterward insisting that we would be able to make a deal when the time came. I wasn't quite ready yet (for circumstances that were not under my control). My car is a 2005 Honda Accord EXL with 139,000 miles on it. Initially they quoted me at $4,000 (a price far too low in my opinion), but then offered me $6,000 before I left and I was assured that that deal would stand. The sales person said when you're ready call me, we will make a deal. I call the sales person that I was pawned off on today. Tell him the time has come to buy the Jeep of my dreams and we need to talk pricing. They pull the car up for me to confirm that it is indeed the one that I am talking about, I tell them yes and me and the sales person go into his office. In comes the manager. His name was Mike who was BEYOND rude and is the reason that I will never return to that dealership. I will drive to OKC if I have to to get my oil changed, but I will NEVER return to David Stanley Dodge of Norman. I tell Mike that I want the internet pricing on the Jeep, a quote a whole 2,000 lower than the sticker price. I tell him that, with the $6,000 trade-in, this would being the price down to $29,000. He corrects me, telling me 29,500 because of the stocking fee. I tell him I don't want to pay that, he tells me, "Well, there is nothing I can do about that" then proceeds to tell me that I was offered $4,000 on my car, not $6,000 so the price is actually 31,500. I tell him that was not the deal I initially agreed to, only to be told it I could either take the $4,000 on my car at the internet price, or take 6,000 for my car at the sticker price, either way, the ending price was 31,5000 and would stay that way, because 35,000 was the lowest he could go on the vehicle and still make a profit and if I couldn't afford that, then there was nothing I could do. So, in response to that little gem, I pull up the EXACT same Jeep but with leather interior instead of cloth and it is priced at 34,450 in Rockwall, TX. He tells me it's priced lower because it is not 4-wheel-drive. I prove to him that it is, in fact, 4-wheel-drive and want to make a deal starting at 33,450. He tells me Laredo's do not come with leather. I tell him, maybe not, but here this is and 1,000 cheaper than your price. He tells me that he does not need me to sell this Jeep and THEN HAS THE AUDACITY TO SMILE AT ME, HAND ME MY KEYS, AND LEAVES THE ROOM. The sales rep that I was pawned off on comes back into the room, says he sees that didn't go so well, and begins talking to me about keeping them in mind. And I think to myself, maybe that Jeep is a little more than I need, let me look around at a base model just to see if I like that price better and everything that comes with it. Why I didn't just walk out is beyond me. So the sales person walks me outside to look at a base model Grand Cherokee. While he is talking to me about the differences, and writing down what he needs to go get the keys so that I can turn it on and play with it, Mike comes up to him and says that he needs my sales rep to go help someone else. The sales rep says he is sorry, he has to go but that he will be back. Mike walks away and leaves without a word to me. I sit in the car for TWENTY MINUTES waiting for help. I never see my sales rep again, but I do see Mike walk by five times (yes, I counted) and never once did he even acknowledge me or offer to help me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. And I would absolutely encourage anyone wanting to go to this dealership to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE! I am a reasonable person. I understood that maybe the Laredo E was possible out of my price range, but I wanted to try. The least that could have been done was to point me in the direction of a Jeep that we could have made a deal on today. Instead, I was told that my business was not important. Stay clear of this place and of Mike. If they don't like you, they'll pawn you off, and then tell you that they don't need your business. More

Russell was not one of those overwehleming sales people that calls or emails and tries to push you into a sales. Russell emailed from time to time to check in. When I found the vehicle I wanted to order he ensured that my price was locked in from day one. He keep me update on the status of my vehicle. When It arrived and I was not able to come down to make the purchase due to work constraints and school he texted me pictures of my car. Russell ensured the day I was coming in to finishs the sales tranaction that he was available solely to me and my needs. Outside his control the wrong radio was installed in my car during build at the factory, he ensured that the radio was promptly ordered. There was small scratch in the paint on the drivers mirror found during the walk around he worked with my schedule and his service team to get the radio and scratch fix ASAP. Would recommend Russell as a sale person to anyone. Overall great buying experience. More
