Not happy with how things progressed and ended overall. The sales man was very kind however not as familiar as portrayed about how much he knew on our dillema. We ended up in a ridiculously horrible interest rate, unheard of. This was after bringing my credit score up over 120 points sine the last vehicle I bought, which by the way was only half the interest they negotiated for me. He thought he could help us out from under a car we were upside down on, which he did, but left us equally upside down just in a newer vehicle with double the interest rate. You advertise these great deals and sales, rebates and promises to lower a current car payment but, lets be honest, it's about selling the car whatever it takes. You convince people to drive 200 miles, burn their only day off that week, tie them up for over 5 hours with boastful stories of what you believe you can do for them and have for many others, just to let them know in the end that they can make a bad deal or go home empty handed and know they wasted their time, hope, and faith in someone finally caring enough about a customer to just be honest. Yes, I have a new car. Yes, it has left a quite sour taste in my mouth. No, I don't believe this will be one of those reviews posted on the wall but that's alright. It is what it is.
