My dream car I thought I could never purchase. I came to the dealership look at a used truck, realized after some initial negotiations that I could not get this financed due to my situation and the I came to the dealership look at a used truck, realized after some initial negotiations that I could not get this financed due to my situation and the high miles on the truck. So I iwas ready and did leave the dealership. A lady named Angel called me the next day and explained that they could still help me if I choose a new vehicle. So I when back and worked with Kendall and Mark Kirk to see what they could do. To my surprise I got my financed for a 2014 300 which I would have never considered. Their hardwork and patience with me was very appreciated. I don't want to get in to a situation the will financially ruin me. Kendall is a keeper he is very good at his job. I was suprised when he washed, cleaned the inside and filled my new car with gas. Awesome JOB!!!!! Their was a guy named Marcus who helped me Monday that was very nice and stayed last to help me. More

Ms Holmer Will Cranford was an excellent sales representative. He was honest which I appreciated. He worked hard to get as close to what I wanted in a truck. Rocky start, Fantastic Finish My husband and I went looking for a newer vehical and left with a nice 2009 Dodge Journey. However after taking it home we were dissapointed to find t My husband and I went looking for a newer vehical and left with a nice 2009 Dodge Journey. However after taking it home we were dissapointed to find that what seemed to be a great vehical was actually not. There were many problems (used car). We took the car back to the service department and they fixed everything (with a little persuading) for a very low fee. However after getting the car back home again, we found that there were still more issues. We contacted the manager and were able to do a trade for a newer (and much better working) vehical; a 2012 Kia Sorento. The kia has no problems and we got a great deal on it. The staff was always super friendly and helpful, through all the little bumps and hiccups. The manager staff was also very nice (even if I did get feisty). Even though the first vehical we picked out wasnt of the quality we needed, I would recomend Norman Dodge to others. Because they worked hard to fix the problem with the first one and then worked hard at getting us into a different (better) vehical. More
