Just gettin' an oil change I stopped just to get my oil changed in the 2012 Challenger I had purchased from them 2 years ago. While I waited, I was looking at newer models. Still waiting We got a van from there July 19 2014. As of today we still don't have the tag title for the van because we're still waiting on the title. Now being this late it is gonna cost me way more in fees. After waiting 5 hours to get the paper work done to get the deal done. Before we went in was told payments would be 350 well they went up once we were in there with Matt. Wasnt happy with the deal and now wish we would had went else where. Save your time and money More

Horriable service, financing dept & misleading information. I thought I had a good deal when I agreed to the terms and signed a contract. Problem, 17 days later I was told that there was a problem trying to ge I thought I had a good deal when I agreed to the terms and signed a contract. Problem, 17 days later I was told that there was a problem trying to get me financed with 90 days delayed payments, also could not get my interest rate that was SIGNED and completed on my contract. (seems I was mislead on purpose just to get me into the car) I had to go back to the dealership to resign paperwork 17 days later, In this time I had canceled my extended warranty on my previous vehicle, thinking that I was going to get a check back for it ($2200)...it actually went to my payoff amount that the dealership had no clue about. I was going to have to pay a higher interest rate and a higher payment before I had to inform the finance person that my payoff is not the same as it was 17 days earlier and they need to see how much my payments will be now. Now the kicker...I traded my vehicle in with 11 days before a payment had to be made. It took them 6 weeks to pay off my trade causing me to have to make another payment on a vehicle I did not have plus pay my first payment for my new vehicle at the same time. If I did not pay my account was going to be flagged with a 30 days past due and show on my credit report. I was lied to about my vehicle on many times, the financing office personal told me on several occasions that the check was being hand delivered and every time I called the lender they told me NO payments have been made an you will be responsible for payment. I called and called the dealership left numerous messages for them to call me I never once received a call back when I left a message. Now I have no trust for this dealership and will never buy another car with them...Oh yeah tires for life is crap. I was lied to about this also when buying my Jeep. Sales person told me I could get tires for life as the finance person also told me and received a certificate for this. After vehicle is purchased was told no I cant have tires for life since they were oversized tires. What a complete crock of pooh!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone... I also never received any follow up calls about my customer service. Wonder why? 7 days later went to another dealer for my wife. Her trade was paid off in a week, she received the title to get the tag within 2 weeks and no contract problems. Heaven forbid you ask for a manager...be ready to be on hold then hung up on. Had to go in person to resolve problems. More

David Stanley Dodge of Norman will be our ONLY stop for our next vehicle. This time purchasing a vehicle for us was the way it should be. Even though my husband was the only one of the application, no one had any problem talking with me. My husband first talked to a Richard in the sales department and he also worked with me because I was unable to come in asap to work out any details for my husband (he was at work). Once we got to dealership it was Russell Jackson that took care of us. Matt Foster in the finance department was pretty awesome too! I love my new Charger! Thanks to Richard, Russell, Matt and of course my husband for making it possible for me to have my own fast & furious! More
