Buying a 2015 Jeep Rubicon in 90 minutes or less Hooked up with Matt through USAA buying service. I arrived at the dealership at 10:45 AM to find my new Wrangler Unlimited ready for delivery. Matt was fully cognizant of my short timeline and was able to complete my transaction, show me the dealership, deliver my new Jeep and get me on the road to Dallas shortly after noon. Excellent experience and my only regret is that my relocation to Texas will not permit me to utilize the dealership's seemingly excellent service department. For some reason the DealerRater website does not include Jeep as an option for what I purchased. I opted for Chrysler as the website would not let me off without the selection. Simply Amazed a Customer for life. Brian Black did everything he said he would. He proved david Stanley of Norman is nothing like the david Stanley in Midwest city. A year ago I stopped by the one in Midwest city and it was a horrible experience. He was upfront on all pricing no gimmicks, got fair value for trade, no lies, stayed focused on deal and keeping me happy, and most important treated me with respect as a valued customer not just a quota to be met. I'll be glad to shake his hand in person when I stop by for service or if I'm in town. I bought my Durango purely over the phone and by email. And he still treated me as if I was sitting in front of him. I live 4 hours from the dealership and they even decided to bring me my new vehicle and pick up my trade in. He sold me on david Stanley of Norman!!! As was his sales and finance team. I thought all sales men were slimmy slick $&@?s. just as bad as lawyers but again proved me wrong. THANK YOU!! More
Totally unacceptable failure and misleading communications We drove 300+ miles (6 hours one way) to make a trade on vehicle. We spoke over phone text messages with sales person Dylan Moore. We did the Trade We drove 300+ miles (6 hours one way) to make a trade on vehicle. We spoke over phone text messages with sales person Dylan Moore. We did the Trade in Value on their webpage but we told Dylan "I've got an offer of $18,000 for trade in on my car here. KBB's estimate of 12k-15k is not worth a 6 hour drive. Sorry to have wasted your time." Dylan replied with this text "so if we were to give you 18 would it be worth the drive then?" We asked how late they were open and then departed. We were pre approved with USAA so we had our own financing. We knew the price of the vehicle we wanted to buy. Seems like all of the factors are known and taken care of. When we arrived, we were greater by Tyler Murphy and Dylan Norman, they looked at our car and we took the dealer vehicle for test drive. Dylon comes back and asked if 18,000 was a firm number on the trade in. YES ! ! That's the only reason we drove 6 hours one way. Dylan and the other man that has to approve everything came back and said we were just too far apart. They offered to extend the number payments to get the payment down which defeats the purpose. We could afford to buy the vehicle without a trade in but that is not what we desired to do. Partner had to be at work the next morning so we asked for our keys and left. On the way out the door, the manager maybe asked why we were leaving mad and not making the deal. Because of trade in and being mislead. That manager asked if we didn't investigate our trade in value before we left? Yes, but we also spoke to Dylan about trade in value that would make it worth our time. Dylan called cellphone after we left with another offer to try to get us to come back and make the trade... still not what we agreed to. We were burnt. We will not trust a car salesman based on his word anymore. Sad day when managers allow employees to speak and make offers without authority to do so. I emailed the GM earlier today and briefly mentioned by bad experience and requested that I talk to him to discuss. No reply from the GM yet. More

Good and Bad I got a great price on a great vehicle. I have been buying vehicles for 30 years and Brian Black is one of the best sales people I've ever dealt with I got a great price on a great vehicle. I have been buying vehicles for 30 years and Brian Black is one of the best sales people I've ever dealt with. He even called me a week after the sale to make sure I was satisfied. I did have issues with the sales manager. I agreed to pay FULL internet price for the vehicle and he wouldn't even fill the tank with gas. I would not of come back and purchased the vehicle had it not been for Brian. Not so happy with the dealership, but very satisfied with my salesperson. More
