Amazing I was currently in a bad loan with credit connections. Everyone at david Stanley went out of their way to let me know of my options, to either trade i I was currently in a bad loan with credit connections. Bad experience gone good On 6/15/2015 I recieved a call from Winston about trading in my vehicle. He was very professional and set up an appointment on 6/16/2015. I arrived on On 6/15/2015 I recieved a call from Winston about trading in my vehicle. He was very professional and set up an appointment on 6/16/2015. I arrived on time for the appoint and was the greeted by Casey Moore. I informed her I had an appointment with Winston. She asked what I was there for. I gave her a short explination. She walked away and came back a few minutes later and informed me Winston was busy. She offered to help and asked what I was looking for. I told her I was not hurting to own a new vehicle but if I did get one I would need 4x4 and wanted to bluetooth on it. After telling me some of my options we located a type that I would like. I asked her if it had the things I needed she stated they did. After showing me a vehicle with the options on it we then decided a color. She brought the vehicle around and by that time I was working my way through the process. After it was all said and done I discovered the vehicle did not have the options I had made the deal with her on. So I brought it back. I told her my problem and she said she would get a manager. After that I decided to find Winston. He stepped up to the plate and got me everything I needed. Guy was awesome! Well i did find out Casey had also called me a liar and said she never said anything like that. Classic he said she said. Come one though a deal is a deal. Dont be a coward when you make a mistake. Step up to the plate and fix It. Going home is not the answer. Regardless im home after a six hour dealership day. Winston man I really appreciate you taking care of this. Casey.... Calling a customer a liar is not the answer, heres the deal I am always right. First rule of sales. Lesson to be learned her people, ask for Winston. He will take care of you. I was at the dealership for a long time and she was not pushy or rushing me into making a choice. After I bought my truck she came out and helped me connect my phone and explained the features in greater detail.
