Awful at first, but good customer service changed everything After receiving very, very poor and unprofessional service from two experienced salesmen, my husband and I left the dealership unhappy and never wanti After receiving very, very poor and unprofessional service from two experienced salesmen, my husband and I left the dealership unhappy and never wanting to return. Due to needing questions answered about the vehicle we just purchased I returned to the dealership immediately and was greeted by two good-hearted and extremely professional salesmen, Lamarkus and Nate Robinson, who showed outstanding customer service for me although I did not purchase my vehicle through them. After having the vehicle for one full day I had to return to the dealership to have the vehicle serviced since it was not inspected and prepped for sale properly (very frustrating). Again, the two gentlemen who assisted in selling my husband and I the vehicle were of little to no assistance, and again Lamarkus stepped up to help me! Another salesman, Sentro went above and beyond that day to help me with the service although I was not his original customer! Words cannot describe how just how wonderful Lamarkus, Nate and Sentro are at what they do! They care for their customers and show incredible customer service! Without a doubt when returning to DSD of Norman I will deal with one or all three of them again! More
