Started good has been horrible every step after fianace. Let's start buy saying i went to this dealer only because of one of the sales employees that work there and i have known him since we were teenagers, Let's start buy saying i went to this dealer only because of one of the sales employees that work there and i have known him since we were teenagers, and have bought 2 vehicles off of this lot and him when it was norman chrysler jeep and dodge. Those experiences were great up until David Stanley bought this location, I knew better than to buy another vehicle from this dealer as i had bought one from them in midwest city, okla and same thing happened sales good finance and service sucks, Finance will tell you that you are financed and going with one lender put it on your paperwork and then change without your knowledge. This has happened with both vehicles i have bought off of david stanley. Looks fishy to me!!!!. Especially since the other two vehicles i bought off norman chrysler the lender was the one that they told us in the finance office and had on the paperwork they gave us and we signed. With David Stanley both vehicles paperwork and titles say one lender but the payment book were and are from a different lender VERY FISHY. When i brought this to there attention I found out someone between the finance office and there midwest city store decided to change us to another lender. I had specifically told them i wanted to go with the lender that norman dodge used. Not caring what the interest rate was, and they completely ignored it. I decided to go with the lender i wanted. And got approved for financing over the phone in less than thrity minutes. To find out they couldn't do it the saturday we went into the bank because my title was wrong because it had the original lender on the title not the one that they (decided) should have my loan!!!! I called the store not happy at all waited for five hours for a return call then decided to go there discussed my unhappiness with Matt the finance man we dealt with. He acted at first like i was being a hassle then went and looked into it and came back and said he would send it to midwest city office to get it fixed should be done in a week. At the time i am writing this it has been two weeks, and four phone calls later Yesterday i find out they are still working on it having to wait on THIS AND THAT AND SOMEONE HAD QUIT OR GOT LET GO IN THE TITLE OFFICE!!! HMMM. I have read some of the other responses and sounds like finance and title office has some issues. I had previously emailed the GM at this location to get no response from him just a lady under him that has since been let go, NOT A HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!! Now the Service department My vehicle was bought late in the day evening got there at 6 pm left at 11:30 pm. I took a good look at it the next day and noticed a spot of discoloration in the chrome, I contacted them on monday so they would have notes. They (Antonio) told me he would look at it when i brought it in to have them add extras that were agreeded on in the purchase of the vehicle. We picked the vehicle up 1 week after we took it to them and they said they had took pictures and sent them into Ram at the time of this email that was 63 days ago and 1 email of pictures. AND LOT'S OF PHONE CALLS they have got my part on order to be replaced. I failed to mention previously that when david stanley bought this location they refussed to honor my royal purple oil change that i had bought and used only twice from norman dodge had three remaining and they basically said oh well, Needless to say my other dodge vehicle that was purchased from norman dodge is not serviced at this location anylonger. After they repair my damaged part my new vehicle well not ever see the inside of this shop again. Would highly not recommend financing or service at this location. To let you know i have never been so unhappy with a purchase of anything as to write a negative review, As i have been in and around customer service all of my life, and know and understand people can say things just to be negative!!. I just want people to know that with upper management in this company it seems to be that they have no real concern for consumers, And if i wouldn't have had the bad experience of them switching lenders i probably would have not, went and checked and known that you can't refinance with the wrong lender on the title. And they acted like it was no big deal, How long would it have taken them to figure it out and send me a correct title. NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!! More
