Poor Customer Service/Manners After working with a number of folks on trying to get our NEW Dodge Caravan looking like a new van (one dent/one scratch, screeching noise from engine After working with a number of folks on trying to get our NEW Dodge Caravan looking like a new van (one dent/one scratch, screeching noise from engine, tint illegal in Texas & Oklahoma), this man who has absolutely NO management know how or experience in dealing with pleasing the customer tells my husband "why should we pay to fix something on your vehicle when you've had it for 3 weeks!" We live 2 hours away and drove those 2 hours on the next business day. We were not helped at all. We were not given the option of a loaner vehicle. We were told the contractors that work on dents/scratches were not there. We were asked to drive back another day. This man is the worst excuse for a rep of car sales I have ever seen. He needs to be retrained on customer service before he loses customers like us down the road. He has no business working with the public!! More
