What a ripoff!!Well they tried to anyway. My wife and I had an appointment to see a new Dodge Ram 1500 single cab short bed 4x4. We looked at the truck we found online and she decided she want My wife and I had an appointment to see a new Dodge Ram 1500 single cab short bed 4x4. We looked at the truck we found online and she decided she wanted to look at 4 door models. On the way to the new 4 door trucks she saw a used 4 door Tacoma 4x4, lifted, custom rims a really nice truck with low miles. We asked the salesman if we could test drive it. While I was driving I asked him how much the truck was he quoted around $41,000. The sales man said they had just traded for it the week before. While my wife was driving I looked the truck up on KBB and it said the truck as it sat was worth around $35,000 on the high end. When we got back to the lot he kept pushing to make a deal, so I said ok and informed him that we had no trade and would be paying cash to shoot me there best offer. He came back with $39,755 plus a undisclosed dock fee. I told him we would go to dinner and come back to talk some more about this truck he called a "sales manager" over to close this deal before I left the lot. The entire time the sales manager kept telling me how much they loved cash customers and if he could go any lowed on the truck he would. I told them both I was hungry and was going to dinner but that I would do my best to make it back same day. While at dinner my wife found the truck we drove listed on Auto Trader for $35,755. Needless to say I called the salesman and told him of the discovery he did his best to back peddle but knew he and his manager had been caught. So if you want to be treated like a fool and spend way more than you should this is the lot for you. If you want a good car or truck at a fair price drive right past this lot!!! More

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! WE FELT THEY WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO GET US TAKEN CARE OF!!! SEVERAL OF THEM WERE THERE TILL 1:15 AM TO MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE. ALTHOUGH WE DID HA WE FELT THEY WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO GET US TAKEN CARE OF!!! SEVERAL OF THEM WERE THERE TILL 1:15 AM TO MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE. ALTHOUGH WE DID HAVE A MIX UP ON THE VEHICLE ENGINE SIZE . THEY DID TRADE IT OUT TO MAKE SURE WE HAD THE ONE WE THOUGHT WE HAD BOUGHT TO START WITH. ALTHOUGH THE PRICE CHANGED WICH I DIDNT THINK WAS FAIR SINCE IT WASNT OUR MISTAKE, WE FELT PRICE SHOULD HAVE STAYED THE SAME, THE FIRST INITIAL COST WAS PLENTY ENOUGH TO COVER IT. NON THE LESS I HOPE THERE WAS A LESSON LEARNED TO DOUBLE CHECK THINGS BEFORE THE DEAL IS DONE, TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE GET WHAT THEY WERE TOLD THEY WERE GETTING . FOR THE MOST PART OUR SERVICE WAS AWESOME!!!!!! 5 STAR FOR SURE!!! NOW TO SEE HOW THE SERVICE GOES AFTER THE SALE. More
