Caution! These guys are con artists and more than play word games with the advertising they put out there. To keep it very simple they advertised a price of $32,000.00 for a Ram Sport. They acknowledged that it was the wrong price and changed the price to approx $35,000.00. I called back in on the vehicle after getting a rough number for my trade in and I was told By the MOD Jeff, that he could not sell it at that price because it had additional equipment on the vehicle. I asked what he could sell it to me for and he said he could do $51,000.00... I was silent... Then he said I could get it down closer to $50,000.00 for you. Then he told me to keep in mind that there is $8,500.00 in additional parts in the truck. This is nothing more than a lost leader that they don't want to let go... Oh, I think that is called 'Bait and Switch". Did I mention that was one of the first things asked by the sales guy. "If you really like the Silver, you should consider a used one that we have. I can get you into it for less than $30,000.00. I declined. Jeff said is is happy to support their disclosure statement. Even after they have illustrated 3 prices on the vehicle in less than 24 hours. Simply put... This is not the right way to do business. More

We pulled in to a park space up front because, she needed to go in to the restroom before we did any looking. There was one sales Rep standing in front of our truck on the railing when we pulled in. When she came out there was six sales reps lined up on the railing looking her up and down making uncalled for comments. I'm very proud of my lady when people notice her but, this was very disrespectful. This was supposed to be a place of business with a professional staff, not even close. It made her very uncomfortable and flat pissed me off because, we we're there to seriously look for a new truck. Not to be disrespected by a bunch of immature punks that call themselves "professional". You couldn't give us a truck to get us to do business you. FYI, the word is spreading to people we know as well. Thanks for nothing. More
Super easy buying experience Gabriel, our salesman, met us promptly, met every request we had and if he didnt know he found out for us. The other staff seemed friendly enough, comfortable waiting area, snacks & drinks available to you in quantity, honestly this was a good experience and as painless as car buying can be. It was raining day we bought it so Gabriel told me I had a FREE detail coming for it next time I came to Norman. The one minor issue is It has been 5 days tho and I still do not know who I'm financed with, which I asked the finance guy and he couldn't tell me, and I kinda would have like to known. More

Very respectful of our time and needs. We were in town for personal reasons on a Saturday, and we were in the market to get another car as we have a driver about to turn 16. Passed down my 09 Dodge and picked up a 2014 Dodge for myself. Got called away in the middle of negotiations for an emergency at work. Stayed in contact with them by phone to get all of the paperwork we could started before we came back the following Monday afternoon. We were at the dealership less than 3 hours total. Sweet deal on the certified pre-owned Charger R/T. Mike and Gabriel were a pleasure to work with. Thank you gentlemen. More
Great Overall Experience My boyfriend recommended this dealership to me after he had a good buying experience when he purchased a car from them the year before. I am rebuildin My boyfriend recommended this dealership to me after he had a good buying experience when he purchased a car from them the year before. I am rebuilding my credit and was upside down in my current vehicle so I was challenge to begin with but they did everything they could to help me get into a new vehicle with a good lender! The first time I went in I was told that they couldn't get me financed because my current payoff was too high and I had too much negative equity in my vehicle (it was bought from a "buy here pay here" dealership and they reported higher payoff than I actually had when David Stanley originally inquired) but was told if I could get an accurate written payoff they would do their best to help me. I was eventually able to get a somewhat more accurate payoff and called back to let my salesman Gabriel know, he didn't hesitate in getting with the finance mangager to see what they could do. With their assistance I was able to finance a new 2016 Jeep that had great rebates which took care of almost all of my negative equity, they then gave me above what my trade was worth to help with the rest. I had also gone in with a preapproval from a lender I had planned on using but it ended up not being enough for the vehicle I wanted (with the balance from my payoff), instead of giving up they were able to get me financed through another lender that offered similar terms and a reasonable monthly payment. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in my situation or anyone looking for a dealership that is focused on helping their customers get into a good vehicle. More

Slow Service dept For the 2nd time, I took my Jeep in for routine maintenance and the service department has taken more than three hours to service my vehicle. Three ho For the 2nd time, I took my Jeep in for routine maintenance and the service department has taken more than three hours to service my vehicle. Three hours for a basic oil change, tire rotation and tire change! Three hours!! I could pull my own engine in that amount of time! The staff is quite friendly but those mechanics must be operating under the influence of "I'm taking my time" medication. And for the price they charge, they don't even give a courtesy vacuuming! This is the last time I take my Jeep there. I work nights and they cut too deep into my sleep time!! More

Had an appointment for a Wednesday at 9:00 am. Told me about 4pm they figured out what was wrong but didn't have time to fix it though they had the part in stock. Took it back on Friday at 9:00 am, with an appointment. Called me, couldn't have back till 4 pm Saturday. Called them at 3 pm. They picked me up. Then I waited in a cold work area till 6:30!!! At 5:30 they told me "just had to replace a plug-in part". They didn't" even start that warrenty repair until an hour and a half after they promised I would get it back. They had the vehicle 3 full days, charged $976.00, and the only excuse? I didn't start it soon enough". When I told the guy "you have had it this time for 2 full days, the response was "well, I had couple others to do first." Really? Then why did I make an appointment? This dealership provided good service till David Stanley took over. Never will I buy another vehicle from a dealership he runs!!!! More
