I buy a lot of c Contacted them regarding a vehicle I found online. I asked specific questions about any scratches or dents whatsoever on the vehicle. I buy a lot of cars out of town so I ask a lot of questions. The salesman told me that it was like new with nothing wrong with it. Had them write the paperwork up and deliver the truck to me. When it got here there was a massive paint deep scratch above the taillight, the tailgate cover was busted up, and the truck was riddled with hail damage. You could tell someone replaced the hood and did their best to cover the rest up. The top of the cab looked like it had been impaled with 100 golf xxxxx. Called to figure out what the deal was and what i got was that they wanted me to sign the paperwork and they would cut me a check for $500 to get it fixed. I requested that they set up repairs with a local company to which they said they would be out too much money. I said exactly, the $500 wouldn't cover that at all. Then they still wanted me to sign the paperwork and arrange an appt in the near future to have someone come pick it up and take it back to them to fix it to their standards. They would not fix the other issues I had and could not guarantee my satisfaction with the repairs. They told me that it was hard to believe the damage was that bad because no one knew about it. HAHA impossible with how horrible the truck was damaged. That was their idea of trying to "make it right." This experience was a complete joke and their representation couldn't have been more inaccurate. More

She offered to meet wi E-mailed for info from an internet sale that I found at David Stanley-Norman Jeep. Wow, Erin answered me with in 30 seconds. She offered to meet with us when we could make it to Norman from Lawton. She even had the vehicle we were looking at at the front door. But I had made a mistake. It wasn't a 4 wheel drive Grand Cherokee Limited it was a 2 wheel drive...We definitely have to have a 4 wheel drive. So she located all the Grand Cherokees on the lot and guess what, they had a blue Grand Cherokee Laredo (True Blue) that met our needs exactly! It just needed a towing package and they were able to meet us half way on that. The big deal is always the amount we were going to pay. Matt came through with what we could afford by honoring the internet sale and giving us a great deal for our trade in (2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo). You see I'm a true blue jeep girl! Thanks to Paul for finding us an amazing interest rate and making the process as painless as possible. When we heard they have a free tires for life program that just sealed the deal. I highly recommend David Stanley's Norman, OK New Jeep Only Store!!! More

Worst Dealership I've Visited I learned that this dealership is another now to put on my list to never do business with. This dealership has management and communication problems. I learned that this dealership is another now to put on my list to never do business with. This dealership has management and communication problems. I found a vehicle on line and made an inquiry to look at it. Mr. Church informed me to come in and check out the vehicle. When I got there, I was told that the vehicle was sent to auction. I told Joe this was impossible for the vehicle to have just been sent to auction as the dealership was just about to close. Twice I was lied to, I don't believe that a manager will send a vehicle to auction on a whim. Some thought process has to take place and coordination to move it has to take place. And then when it is sent,m not to communicate to the Internet department to remove the vehicle and let the sales floor know the vehicle is no longer available. They run the old "bait and switch" scam and I will have no further dealings with them. I have sent emails to Troy Corley Internet Director/Sales Manager, Misty Customer Relations Assistant, and the dealership. No one has responded to me to explain or apologize. More
