I thought we got an awesome deal until a month later! So I thought we were getting a great deal!! We were shocked to think we didn't qualify for factory rebates from Dodge since we are both self employed So I thought we were getting a great deal!! We were shocked to think we didn't qualify for factory rebates from Dodge since we are both self employed and college graduates and good credit score! We were told we were getting $14,500 for our trade in which made us happy and the only reason we were even going to do the deal! We are out of state and they purchased our vehicle site unseen! So we were pleased! We all know how it is when they take to you to finance department and have you sign 20 times super fast with no time to read anything! ( time wise we were there for over 7 hours with them knowing we needed to hurry because we had a 12 hour drive home!) Also after purchasing a $60,000 truck we had to pay for the turn over ball! SERIOUSLY?? Anyways here is the HUGE KICKER!!! A month later we get the invoice in the mail.... it reads we only received $10,500 for our trade and $4,000 in dodge rebates! That is all fine and dandy if the would have been honest about this up front instead of lying right to my face and rushing paper work! They have now lost a lot of future business from us! I called in to talk about this so they can make it right and I have only ever gotten the run around! They also have a title for the wrong vehicle that my bank sent accidently and chewed me out on the phone for it when they are the ones that miss placed it and still HAVEN'T SENT ME MY OTHER TITLE!!! I have been professional and have not called and chewed them out about it! So moral of the story don't be a woman and go buy a truck here! They will lie and take advantage of you and do nothing to make it right! More

Bait and Switch We picked out the perfect truck and this dealership just happened to have it. Called and tried to get everything lined up to purchase the truck. We had cash in hand and were willing to drive several hours to get it. However, the salesman advised us the price advertised was not going to be our price, we would have to pay $2500 over the price listed on Autotrader!! The dealer sited that there was additional features on the truck that would cost more, and we didnt qualify for $1500 in rebates!! Talk about bait and switch!! Be warned about this dealer! I would not recommend this dealership to any one! More

From the minute I stepped onto the lot, Jacob Allred made me feel welcome and treated me like a friend versus just another potential car buyer. His service and professionalism were absolutely top notch. He took the time to answer questions and even found me a better financing deal that what I had originally went to the dealership with. Jacob kept me informed throughout all the steps of the process during my time at the dealership. Everyone I talked to was polite and friendly. One of the better car buying experiences I've had. I will definitely be recommending David Stanley and Jacob to people looking for a vehicle. Everyone should check them out for themselves before believing all the bad press about this dealership. Started off rough but ended well On Saturday I called the dealership to sell a vehicle I own to them. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle from them at that time. As I arrived the sales people defended upon me like vultures (for the record, most people hate this part of car shopping). I refused to even acknowledge any of them except one person who seemed much friendlier than the rest of them. She actually seemed to genuinely care about why I was there. After some paperwork and some conversation with Tonya we went to look at some cars on the used lot and were joined by another associate. Tonya filled him in on our discussion and theoretically he was to be of some help to us. While he was some help in negotiations I can definitely say I did not care for his condescending attitude at all! He acted as if he were doing me a favor, and the truth is I did not have to purchase from them, I was on the mile of cars in Norman and I could have gone anywhere else. The only thing that kept me there was Tonya. Eventually I was shown the two best options they had available that would suite my needs. I ended up purchasing a 2004 Ford Navigator, and I very much like it. I was however very unhappy with the fact that I was originally told over the phone they would buy my car and once I drove an hour to get there, no one seemed to listen to me and in the end they wouldn't even use it as a trade. In all honesty my five star rating is mostly directed at Tonya because had she not stepped in when things were getting frustrating I would have walked out the door in a heartbeat. More

They were supportive and really made us feel at ease. Long story short. We drove out of there in our 2017 Jeep Cherokee with a price we can afford. However, with the new mana I think everyone in Oklahoma has heard "don't buy a car from David Stanley" so I was apprehensive to even walk in the door. However, with the new management, these guys were spot on. Koty went above and beyond making sure my car was perfect for me, even though I was leaving it with them overnight. Even though the detailing guy left in the middle of detailing my car, Koty went back and did it himself and I was just super impressed by that. He was super personable and didn't try to rope me into something I didn't want. Overall, it was a great experience for buying a car. More
