Sales Managers actually help their sales agents instead of sitting in an office someplace. Our sales agent was Matt Foster. He was helpful, energetic, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. The sales manager, Joe Brown also helped out our purchasing decision by noticing our price limitation and called me on Saturday about a vehicle that had just come in on trade. It was a perfect match and we purchased it. The contract process was quick and we were out of there. Not to be overlooked is the superior service department and parts department. Because I already own a 2012 Dodge Durango I have worked with both of these departments and I always feel like I am being taken care of. More

Landers CDJR was different, They were very knowledgeable about the vehicles and they did not try to upsell or get me to buy things I did not want. I would go back to them in the future. Talk to Matt Foster! I bought a used vehicle, I did go back to the dealer to get some mopar accessories. When I was ready to go, the parts lady, Leslie, would not let me leave the dealership without checking the vehicle for a spare tire lock, Which she would have ordered (free of charge). She and a service guy went out to the vehicle and checked things out, and let me know and showed me that I did not have a spare tire lock. I know other dealers would not have done this. Well done Landers People! More

However, watch out in the financing office, I was quoted a price of 250 dollars for gap insurance and when the contract was drawn up, they tried to charge me 850 dollars for the gap insurance. When I questioned it, I was told that I must have misunderstood the quote. I had them remove the extra charge. More
Trust Some time ago I had my car serviced and my spare key was inadvertently left behind. The previous owner told me to come back and they would make me a Some time ago I had my car serviced and my spare key was inadvertently left behind. The previous owner told me to come back and they would make me a new key. I didn't follow up and the dealership changed owners. I went in today and spoke with Anthony fully expecting to pay either full price or a portion to replace the key. On good faith they honored the prior agreement and replaced my key free of charge. I highly recommend them and I will continue to take my Dodge and will purchase future Dodges with them. Thank you for you excellent service....James Q. More
