Excellent Sevice.... And then it changed :( I really enjoyed my buying experience at Landers. It was fast and straight to the point. My salesman Derrick was excellent and I will buy from him aga I really enjoyed my buying experience at Landers. It was fast and straight to the point. My salesman Derrick was excellent and I will buy from him again when it’s time for a change. Edit..... The Problem comes now with financing. The web payoff quote they obtained online was used for payoff almost 20 days later. They never contacted the bank to receive a dealer payoff quote. The balanced kept acquiring interest leading to a small balance after Landers Sent the check to the Banking institution. Landers never contacted them at all and even sent the check to the customer service payoff instead of Dealer payoff address. I spoke with financing today 6/20 and was told that I am responsible for the balance they did not pay And there was nothing they can do about it. I was also told that they sold the Trade in vehicle with the balance and that they cannot sell it if it had a lean against it. Which indeed it does. The balance isn’t the issue. I won’t be paying it. It is the Principle and customer service. I am dreading this long relationship I am forced to have with landers since I have to utilize the service dept. More

He was our Sales Professional. He is true to titled position that being PROFESSIONAL SHAUN was found to be HONEST and possessing INTEGRITY. I strongly recommend Shaun to help you if your in the market for a new or used vehicle. However, that professionalism did not stop with Shaun. It was also found with other folks who work there such as Scott Shauns supervisor, Daniel who went to bat for us and got us a great deal. Others included Norna with whom my wife hit it off with and was made to feel like family thanks to Norna. I also wish to recognize Stephen who made the most painful part of a purchase very relaxing and comfortable. As you may gather by reading this no pressure honesty and integrity are not a thing of the past but is tradition at Landers. All of the aforementioned people create a fantastic team which is now easier to understand why OU Sooners and Landers make such an unbeatable partnership.
