I sold my jeep over a month ago and am still getting the run around on why they haven’t sent me a check for it. I called Chrysler capital and they said the case was closed and handled and they couldn’t see run around on why they haven’t sent me a check for it. I’ve called and talked to multiple people at the dealership and they’ve all given me a different conflicting stories and I’m very upset that I’m going to basically get robbed of four thousand dollars. Made an appt for service. Dropped vehicle off. It wasn’t “evaluated” for 2 weeks. Then told parts had to be ordered. One part, 3 week lead other part time ver 45 days. Still Dropped vehicle off. If you have a scheduled appt you would think your vehicle would be evaluated within the day or at least within 2 days. Appointments shouldn’t be scheduled if it will 2 weeks for someone to look at your vehicle. More
