Terribly disappointed in my buying experience. The communication from the dealership was horrible while they were repairing my truck before delivery. When the truck was finally delivered 12 days after communication from the dealership was horrible while they were repairing my truck before delivery. When the truck was finally delivered 12 days after purchase it had a salvaged part installed. The only way I knew was a salvaged part was I called and asked the service Dept, after noticing the part wasn’t new. They also delivered my truck with just one key. I spoke to the previous truck owner and he turned in 2 keys when he traded it in. Sales manager says they won’t do anything to replace the lost key. I feel like i should have a new key provided since they are so expensive to replace. More
