Buying experience was great. Got my trade-in done, and bought the truck, drove off the lot within 2 hours of arrival, which was great. Jerry was very easy to work with, and Justin in finance made it very bought the truck, drove off the lot within 2 hours of arrival, which was great. I informed the staff what I was looking for and they were able to give me a few options and I was able to pick the one I liked. I don't like shopping because it is stressful. DO NOT GO TO LANDERS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF NORMAN!! Would give 0 stars if I could! First went in to shop 9/29/20 (provided a loaner), my husband then picked it up drove to work and check eng NORMAN!! Would give 0 stars if I could! First went in to shop 9/29/20 (provided a loaner), my husband then picked it up drove to work and check engine light came on, so my husband call them Landers came to get it and dropped another loaner to him, Landers then had it for another 4 weeks. When my husband called them they advised him that the “I wire” was broke and they were replacing it. My husband picked it up 11/9/20 from Landers. My Husband said it was it was working good the drive home that evening and on the way home from work the next day the check engine light came back on, so i took back that next morning. My husband was advised that there was no loaner available at that time. Landers had it in the shop another three week at this point. Landers then advised my husband that the purge valve, so they replaced. My husband picked it up and drove it for two days and check engine light came back on, so my husband took it back to shop. Landers it another three weeks they said the PCM went bad, so they order a new one, then put it on drove it, and check engine lights came back on. Landers advised that the new PCM was bad to, so they ordered another one. They replaced it again and then drove it again. At that point, no check engine lights. My husband picked it up, it drove it for 2 days, and it came back on, so my husband took it back on Monday. Landers then had another two weeks told me they found a connection pin broke, so they fixed it and did a test-drove it and no issues. My husband picked it up again the day before Christmas, drove it maybe four times over the holidays because the engine was rough when in drive, idle at stoplights, and making tapping turn sound when giving gas. Also, found out oil pan plug leaking they knock it putting in the engine and transmission back together when replacing the transmission and found that radiator support bracket was damage (which was done when Landers was replacing the transmission). I also found out my fender and bumper is not put back together right everything looks like it go to fall off, then found out my hood is scratch were they took it off and put it on top of my jeep. I contacted the GM of Landers about the services I have had received and the issues I have had. He apologized and set up an appointment to bring it in and promised a loaner. I also was told that the they would not put the same mechanic on due to my husband not being comfortable with his work because of all of the issues we have had. I took it back in on 2 /4/21 (They had it for two weeks) for engine was rough when in drive, idle at stoplights, and making tapping turn sound when giving gas. Landers advised that they tighten motors mounts (which was their fault, because they are the ones that installed them when replacing the transmission) and still runs rough, also found it had missing clips under the cover the coil pack, wires trays. Then on top of everything that has happened, they wanted to charge us to fix the radiator support bracket $130 buck. When they messed it up. However, I found out from my services adviser (Teresa) that they put the same mechanic on it because he knew my vehicle, obviously not when I still have issues. The Customer Experience Coordinator Nick Yandell sent my husband a survey, so my husband called the number to talk to them and whomever he was talking to told him to get a Lawyer and hung up on him. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never go to LANDERS EVER and I will make sure to share this on every site that I can. More
