I was traveling back to Texas and my Jeep almost ran hot. I lifted up my hood; smoke and coolant was everywhere. After some research I discovered that Lander's Jeep dealership was 21 minutes up the road. Whe I lifted up my hood; smoke and coolant was everywhere. When I got there Gennifer greeted me at the door with a smile and kept the smile through my frustration during the entire process. Almost $1100 later my Jeep was ready for the road again. If Gennifer was guaranteed to be my service advisor every time I pulled in a dealership I would pay that every time even though it's not ideal. She was exceptional and I so appreciate her. Lander's you have an incredible employee on your team!!!! She gets 5 stars in my book. I don't see her name listed in the menu options. (Just FYI) More

This dealership has mishandled my down payment (taken $10k from my account twice) to the point that my bank is now charging me $300 in overdraft fees for the dealerships mistake.
