My vehicle has been in your shop 5 times to fix the same issue. The first time it came in I waited almost 2 months without air conditioning for your shop to receive an A/C compressor. I noticed a very bad issue. The first time it came in I waited almost 2 months without air conditioning for your shop to receive an A/C compressor. I noticed a very bad vibration/rattle after I got my vehicle back. About a week later the A/C quit working again. It has been in 4 times since then for the exact same reasons, air conditioner quit working and I've mentioned the rattle/vibration every time. Every time I got it back, the vibration wasn't fixed and my air conditioner died within a week due to an A/C leak. This last time your dealership offered me a loaner which I appreciate, but it's not the vehicle I'm making a $700ish payment on every month. It's been in your shop this most recent time for over a month for an A/C leak and vibration/rattle. I could understand the amount of time it's taking to repair if it were getting the engine or transmission replaced, but not for an A/C issue and vibration. I still don't think the air conditioner is working like it was when I got the vehicle even with the new compressor, not a 100% that the "new compressor" isn't faulty itself. I have not been impressed at all with my service. More

If I hadn’t had great service in the past, I might not be back. Whoever changed my oil drained it and never put new oil back in. Not sure what took two hours (they did replace filter but oil was bone dry back. Whoever changed my oil drained it and never put new oil back in. Needless to say I took the back roads BACK to the dealship & they topped it off until I can come back for an actual oil change..... $225 and hopefully no long-term damage. More
After oil change, Jeep had oil leak. Not a drop before change. Took Jeep thru carwash, in case oil had been spilled during change. Still found oil leaking. Gen dealt with my cars warranty and was able to work it out for me. She was extremely helpful and persistent with the warranty company and is probably the only reason they ended up covering what they were out for me.
