Jordan is nice, not aggressive at all, more sarcastic, than I expected. Veracity is in question do to still having same problem, he said was fixed. There was a scratch on the door that happened during detailing they said they would fix it but only gave me options during my work schedule even though they are open on weekends. Price was awesome, however salesman would not return my calls. My credit union called me and asked if i had found a car yet. Turns out that the dealership did not use my pre approved loan from my credit u calls. My credit union called me and asked if i had found a car yet. Turns out that the dealership did not use my pre approved loan from my credit union. They ran it as they were getting me financed. Through my credit union I know this because my credit union called me to see if I had found a car yet. he informed that the loan application that I stared had not been used. I had asked the finance guy at the dealership to give me the purchase agreement so i could take to credit, and he said don’t worry I’ll handle it. my credit union told me it appears that the dealership ran the loan through their channels instead of utilizing the financing that i had set up. Also did not appreciate being told they would raise price of car if they had to replace the severely worn out tires. More

Initially the purchase of my truck went great. Where things fell apart is the missing radio. I was told it was stolen from the vehicle. After I got it home to examine it for replacement, I discovered things fell apart is the missing radio. I was told it was stolen from the vehicle. After I got it home to examine it for replacement, I discovered it had not in fact been stolen but removed professionally. Thieves do not care where screws and other components go. I do not appreciate being lied to and will not do business with or recommend your dealership in the future. More
