Braxton, my service advisor was great initially. I came in for a service and a delivery detail b/c I bought my truck before the snow storm on 2/13. I was told I could just bring the truck in whenever and L in for a service and a delivery detail b/c I bought my truck before the snow storm on 2/13. I was told I could just bring the truck in whenever and Landers would do a delivery detail for me. I wasn’t necessarily in a rush to have my truck back but I just wanted everything to be done when I picked it up. Brandon eventually called saying it was all done. When I picked it up, all that was done was a vacuum. That’s it. And the service but NO detail. I contacted Brandon about it. Brandon stated the detail manager lied to him and told him the truck was done. Then asked me for pics which I sent. Afterwards, he said the detail manager would contact me. I waited 3 days and contacted Brandon again. He said he’d follow up. It’s been weeks and I never received a call from the detail manager nor Brandon to see if I was taken care of. I understand it’s not Brandon’s fault directly, but he lacked the professionalism to follow up and make sure things were straight and not just pass me off. He’s a great dude but, hopefully this will help him learn for the future. I’ve worked in the service department at a dealership before so I understand how stressful it can be but it is also NO excuse to just pass off ANY customer. More

A couple hours after driving off the lot the car I purchased had a warning light and also said it had an engine malfunction. I contacted the dealership and they said they weren’t sure what they were a purchased had a warning light and also said it had an engine malfunction. I contacted the dealership and they said they weren’t sure what they were able to do but would call me back the next business day. I never got a call back. I called (and texted) one week later to see if/when they were going to fix the issue and received no response. This is frustrating and makes me sad. I feel I’ve been sold a lemon. I definitely don’t feel “treated as family”. That to say, Jalee was great during the purchase and test drive. I don’t fault the dealer. I mainly have a problem with the manager and overall business and how they treated the situation. More
