So sorry for your wait time was so long. We do our very best on getting our guests in and out. Sometimes certain repairs do throw us a curve ball on taking longer before other guests arrive. These vehicles are now computers that require everything to be programmed and scanned. I spoke to the salesman about the getting with the previous owner about the spare key. We will be in touch. Jeff, we are sorry that your wait took 30 minutes longer than you estimated. I've been there doctors appointments, waiting for a delivery and so many other things that come to mind. I will say that when a customer pulls in to the dealership their is a time frame that the vehicle needs to sit and cool off before being worked on. Engine and fluids are scolding hot. We do not regularly staff a shuttle driver on Saturdays but I now will consider it. All the best, Mike Evans General Manager

I can understand that the fluids are hot and need to cool before changing the fluids. I also was there to have the tires rotated which could have been done while the fluids were cooling down! Simply put, the extended wait would not have been an issue if we didn’t have to sit and wait at the dealership. I live in Chickasha and I choose to drive to Norman to get my vehicle serviced at the dealership that I bought my vehicle from (Norman CJDR before it became Landers) which I was promised that I would have a loaner to use while I waited if I had a scheduled appointment (which I had). I understand that you and your dealership did not make this promise to me and have refused to honor it. I have expressed this issue with your (Landers employees) and I was reassured that I would be given a used car or something to drive around in and that still hasn’t happened! I am a loyal customer to you and I have always had my service done at that dealership (regardless of the name on the door), I am just asking for a little in return!
