I haven't been to an auto service center in at least a decade until the last month or so. I ride motorcycles and have a really old truck that I seldom drive. My wife, on the other hand, has a late-mode decade until the last month or so. I ride motorcycles and have a really old truck that I seldom drive. My wife, on the other hand, has a late-model, high-end vehicle that, although still under warranty, costs hundreds of dollars every time she takes it to the shop for service. (I'll leave the car and dealership anonymous.) Then, about a year ago, I bought a new Dodge Ram van from a dealer in Oregon. I was getting ready to go on a two-week trip in early June when, just a few days before I was scheduled to leave, the van broke down. I contacted Landers, they had it towed in and repaired in one day. Zero cost to me. They did, though, scratch a door up a bit, which they pointed out. Knowing that I was leaving, they told me to bring it back after my trip and they'd repair the damage, which I did last week. I also asked them to change the oil and rotate the tires. I picked the van up last night, the door is like new, and they waived the cost of the oil change and tire rotation costs were waived. I wonder if they'll work on my wife's vehicle? More

Overall had a good experience. Salesman was energetic and nice, sales manager gave me pretty much what I owed on my trade in, finance guy was nice but a tad bit pushy on extended warranties after I said no nice, sales manager gave me pretty much what I owed on my trade in, finance guy was nice but a tad bit pushy on extended warranties after I said no 4 times, but we worked out a deal. Only thing I would change is when they told me the truck came with a spare key and they searched for it with no luck. They said they'll find it but still no key after a month. More
Service took about 30 minutes longer than estimated (a total of 1.5 hours) which we had to sit and wait because we couldn’t even get a ride to the mall on the other side of the highway.
