I was told to drop my vehicle off Sunday night & to put my keys into a drop box - my car was being dropped off for a battery replacement so everytime I drove I was jumping the car … after jumping my car & my keys into a drop box - my car was being dropped off for a battery replacement so everytime I drove I was jumping the car … after jumping my car & arranging a friend to follow me all the way to dealership I found I was locked out of all gates … I called every number I could find only to be LAUGHED AT and told “I don’t know why someone would tell you to come on a Sunday no one is here on sundays.” Well I don’t either that’s just what I was told. To make matters even worse when I showed up to the dealership on Sunday I was yelled at over their loud PA system “for being on restricted property” when I was told to be there at that exact time by an employee who clearly didn’t know what they were talking about. Eventually I just left the dealership to come back the next morning - so I have to jump my car and arrange rides AGAIN - show up first thing Monday morning & explain the situation to the guy at the front desk of service who seemed to be in charge & instead of being decent & apologetic the guy proceeded to just almost laugh and tell me in a condescending way that “we have the best camera system cops will show up if you trespass blah blah.” Well that’s great buddy I walked around the property for 45 minutes trying to find someone working or an opened door and no one showed up lol I wish they would have!!!! I was hoping for a discount or at the very least an apology and received neither. This is the worst, most sloppy, horribly put together dealership I’ve ever seen in my life. PS thanks to the mechanics who smoked cigarettes in my $50,000 dollar scatpack. NEVER COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!! More
Since we lived almost 400 miles away, I appreciated that my numerous questions were answered promptly. Aaron was awesome. Very helpful and professional. He also was informative about a couple of cars on the showroom floor.
