Terrible Service I made the mistake of going there with my parents as more or less my moral support. My wife test drove two cars. They really wanted to push her toward this crappy Chevy Cruze. We were interested in getting this used Toyota. We were waiting for our sales guy to talk to his Sales Manager and this idiot goes out to talk to my parents (who aren't buying us a car; just there as our ride) Long story short they wouldn't come down on their ridiculous price for a three year old vehicle. All they had to do was show me a little respect and treat me like a grown up. We ended up going to the real Landers in Little Rock and got a new car for the price of what they wanted for that used car. More

Dishonest and crooked Son bought used truck with extended warranty. Spent almost 4 hours test driving and making the deal. Finished up and they immediately closed up shop Son bought used truck with extended warranty. Spent almost 4 hours test driving and making the deal. Finished up and they immediately closed up shop. As we drove off the lot, check engine light came on.. Was told they couldn't fix it until after 28 days when extended warranty kicked in and we paid $100 deductible. Son didn't have a lot of money but he used what he did have for the down payment and they ripped him off. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The paperwork was filled out right about closing time on a Wednesday and J personally drove my car to Hot Springs the next morning, delivered it to my work and drove my trade in back to the dealership. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will recommend him and Landers Chevrolet to anyone looking for a car. More

I love Landers. I have been doing business with them for six years and they have always treated me right. On the rare occasion that they do make a mistake, they are quick to fix it. I would have been better off never going there. They rope you into coming with a fancy flyer in the mail saying your pre approved for a 40k loan and screw your eyeballs out when you get there. More

Worst dealership I have ever been to. I've lived in 6 states. I ordered a brand new 2010 Camaro, after they messed up the order they gave me the run around for 3 months total. I would call up there and they wouldn't return my call and when they did, it was "Its on the way" knowing it wasn't. I went through half the staff up there before I ran into someone who had the xxxxx to tell me they messed up. They Lied to me for two months straight. Most incompetent bunch of adult men I have ever come. I think all the good reviews on this site gets are probably from their own staff. I wouldn't put anything past these guys. More
